School Daze by Shelley Castillo

This super cute school themed paper pack was just right for a school bag tag. I printed the papers on Matte Photo Paper, die cut the notebook paper with a Paper Trey Ink Die and added my name with some Doodlebug stickers. I laminated the whole thing and added some ribbon and a button to finish it off.

The Apple Of My Eye – COLLECTION by Vinnie Pearce

I LOVE love LOVE this super collection from Vinnie Pearce.  It is FULL of super cute stuff.  I can’t wait to go back and use more bits and pieces… but the thing that initially caught my eye were the yellow yoyo, the rose ribbon and the soft rose.  sigh, so sweet!  This picture was taken by Jalen on our Big Island Vacation.

KIT SMITTEN- Hybrid Butterfly Frame

Beautiful Butterflies by Laina Lamb

I was lucky enough to work with Laina’s super cute Butterfly shapes to create this hybrid framed project.  I cut these older American Crafts Craft Fair Papers and used their this to that foam dots to put it together.  I hand sewed some floss for a pretty pink border. :)

I’m Hooked (on crochet, who knew?  I fell in love with those crocheted flowers and wanted to make my own.  so i tuned in to youtube and now I’m hooked! ;)

Stampin’ Up! textured white cardstock.  Heidi Swapp chipboard letters, painted with acrylic paint, topped with glossy effects. Sassafrass Lass paper, edge, Martha Stewart butterfly punch.  doodlebug trim, leftover yarn from my scarf project. the little print is a pogo print. label October afternoon, Jenni Bowlin, Basic Grey opaline gem. sewing machine, glue dots, date stamp, memento ink.

I also finished another LOAD assignment today entitled Chauffeur:

From Stampin’ Up! Textured cardstock in grey, Patterned Paper (I had forgotten about this paper, it’s so cute!) Notebook Paper Punch, Sizzix Butterfly die (yes, again). Doodlebug Letterstickers and flocked cardstock.

I took this self portrait in response to Amy’s prompt.  I actually read the prompt while waking up in bed as I regularly check email on my cell phone in bed. I know I have issues. anyway, my hair was fixed but I forgot to snap the shot until after I had already applied makeup.   Another note, I had to ask Troy to look up Chauffeur.  I swore it was chauffer, and he said chauffeur. and what do you know, he was right! Kudos to him:)  the journaling: Chauffeur– Journaling: I spend a lot of time right here in the drivers seat of my minivan. I absolutely love our Dodge Grand Caravan.
