Are you ready for Valentine’s day?! I sure am. It is my second favorite Holiday. I love all the hearts and lovey dovey stuff. and don’t forget the chocolate! I thought I’d like to make a valentine’s card for my sweetie. So I set up a picture and added a little Sweetie Pie love to it:

This would look cute as a desktop wall paper, printed and framed or printed as a card.

I also liked it with the be mine sentiment:

I also used the sweetie pie shape to whip up a cute little digi page of Jordan when he was a baby and all squishy.

Two Peas Tuesday v11.9

Hello friends! it’s time again for Two Peas Tuesday. This week brought a new designer to Two Peas, I’m excitedly welcoming Lauren Reid to Two Peas… I’ll be working with nearly all of her goodies this week, they are so cute, totally my style, I think. :)

Hybrid Snowflake Card

I cut this snowflake on my silhouette using Laina’s snowflake shapes. The rosette is the new tim holtz die and the gems are by creative charms (gradient gems)a silver doily and glitter glue to finish it off :)

TTV* kit smitten

Dianne Rigdon’s now I lay me down to sleep kit is full of sweet dreamy papers. My favorite is the cloudy aqua one *no surprise there, right? perfect for some TTV (through the viewfinder) fun from last summer.

I’m hooked

not only do I love crochet, but I am hooked, hee hee. I’m also hooked on painting and glossing my chipboard! and the butterflies. oh, the butterflies.

I’m Hooked (on crochet, who knew? I fell in love with those crocheted flowers and wanted to make my own. so i tuned in to youtube and now I’m hooked! ;)

Stampin’ Up! textured white cardstock. Heidi Swapp chipboard letters, painted with acrylic paint, topped with glossy effects. Sassafrass Lass paper, edge, Martha Stewart butterfly punch. doodlebug trim, leftover yarn from my scarf project. the little print is a pogo print. label October afternoon, Jenni Bowlin, Basic Grey opaline gem. sewing machine, glue dots, date stamp, memento ink.
