Rock Chalk Baby Blog Hop

Hello Friends! Today I’m joining up with my Gallery Idol ’12 girlfriends to celebrate one of our own who is expecting a baby soon! Erin Schreiner is a designer for Unity Stamps. She is gorgeous, stylish and a great mom. She’s super funny and I just love her! To say that Erin is a KU Basketball fan would be a huge understatement, this is why I thought ROCK CHALK Baby Blog Hop would be a perfect name for our congratulatory hop. Here’s a list of the lovely ladies who are participating:

Aga Malyszek
Amy Kolling
Anita Recksiedler
Cheiron Brandon
Dana Warren
Debbie Marcinkiewicz
Elena Roussakis
Heather Campbell
Jennifer Rzasa
Jennifer Ingle
JJ Bolton
Jocelyn Olson
Joscelyne Cutchens **
Laurie Willison
Miriam Prantner
Nina Yang
Taheerah Atchia
Tessa Wise
Wida Yusufi-Miller

I created this card to send to Erin to welcome that little butter bean into the world!

I created the image in Photoshop, printed on Neenah Solar White. I pierced holes at (mostly) regular intervals around the oval and hand stitched some buttery yellow crochet thread around the image.
My wishes for an uncomplicated birth immersed in love for this sweet family! I love you Erin!

Your next stop is Laurie Willison!

Thanks for stopping by!
Love Love and Blog you Later,
Joscie, rhymes with bossy :)

  1. UMMMM you totally brought it, are you kidding me? This is simply gorgeous. There is absolutely no way I could’ve stitched around that oval like that. SO impressed! And thank you for the kind words, you are a total sweetheart. Sending much love, just a few miles away ;) xoxo

  2. I <3 it, Joscie!!! So adorable! And that stitching? The perfect touch!

Thanks so much for creating the most wonderful badge! You're the bestest! Big huggies!

  3. Joscie, I adore this! Especially the hand threaded accent you did! That crochet thread looks yummy!!! (now to put that on my list when I go to joAnn’s next!)
