Super Scrappy Saturday

April 14th, 2013 · 10 Comments · cool stuff, scrapbook

Hello friends! Yesterday was such an awesome scrappy Saturday at Ben Franklin Craft Store.  There were quite a few companies offering make and takes at all the different store locations yesterday and I excitedly took advantage!

We started out at the Ben Franklin Mapunapuna store just before 9:30 am and received these yummy cookies at the door. I cheesed it up for a picture with Joy :)

I stepped up to the Simple Stories Table for a make and take and I brought my friend Flat Ariel along too:

I was excited to meet the owners of Simple Stories with Kevin and Amber. They were so warm and friendly.

We drove across town to the Market City store so I could meet Jen Gallacher and participate in the Echo Park make-and-take.

I was excited to see my instagram friends too…

Later that afternoon, I took Amy Tangerine’s Happy Journal Class back at the Mapunapuna location. When the class was announced Kym, Dee, Kelly and I were the first ones at the store to sign up.  We were all giddy about the opportunity to take this class!

I loved all of these spools of color. I already have white and black at my house, but I’m going to have to have some of those other lovely colors myself!
