Here are a few glimpses into our past few days.

June 3:

Look Mom, it’s a repulsor ray! (an ironman reference) I love the focus on the hollowed out bread and the dots of bokeh behind his head. click the image for a larger view.

June 4:

a trip to the public library to return our books that were due and to check out this Nemu Nemu book. We also got a domo book and a lego Ninjago book too. instagram shot.

June 5:

We have been wanting to try to dye carnations since Mother’s day and finally picked up some white carnations today. They are so fresh and pretty. They also have a light sweet scent. :) of course we’re trying a rainbow.

    I am looking forward to seeing the carnations after they are dyed, but MAN, is that an awesome photo with them all fresh and white and the brightly colored water beneath them!

    I too look forward to seeing the carnations after they have absorbed the dye. We do this with Queen Anne’s Lace.

    I love that you’re capturing snippets of everyday life! Please post pictures of the carnations when they’re done….we used to do this when kids too :)
