We live just a few blocks from our neighborhood library and have finally started using it this summer. We’ve signed up for the summer reading program and are logging our books read this summer. We try to make it out there once a week.

Ever since reading the Percy Jackson series, Jalen has been really interested in Greek mythology.
Jordan is looking for the books he wants to borrow. although he often says buy, I can’t imagine why?? hee hee.
I am very thankful for our local library. The librarians are quite helpful and hey, free books? Who knew?!

Isn’t it just super cool when kids love reading? The library can be such an exciting place, especially when kids love books. BTW, I keep forgetting that there’s a Salt Lake in Hawai’i. I get mixed up when you mention SL and think for a minute that you are in Utah…until I see the landscape and palm trees…LOL! I’m a geek!
