Wow, so summer is coming up real quick around here. Today Jordan’s class is on their last field trip of the year at the public library. Tomorrow they have a friendship day with another class. Monday is our Parent-Teacher conference, Tuesday off, Wednesday half day, Thursday graduation, and Friday=summer time. Jalen gets out the week after that and I am so excited. Finally, I can reclaim our family time. We can DO things together other than homework. yippeee! Also, on another happy note, we’re hoping we’ll get to skype with Troy tomorrow.
This week I picked up two new kits at two peas to play with. The first I had to get was Erica’s scritch scratch photo masks. oh my. I so love these! The papers are by Michelle Underwood. My layout, a tribute to Jordan’s Alien Love:
For quite a while now he’s been saying, “you have saved our lives, we are eternally grateful!”. Jalen had a little buzz lightyear toy that came with two little aliens that Jordan would try to snag all the time, so when we saw this little guy at the Disney Store, we just had to snatch it up. Can you tell he’s excited? I know, right?
and the second kit I picked up was Holly Brooke Jones’ Glittered LadyBug stickers. So so cute. What’s Buzzin?
The patterned paper is American Crafts, letter stickers by ek success, divine twine, just glitter pen for some clouds.
Also, one more exciting thing going on at TwoPeas:

I’ve had a few requests recently for information on the silhouette, so I am going to type that up soon! Thanks for asking! Coming up, some minty goodies, more from DHD, and a blog hop later in the month. I hope you’re all doing well. Thanks for stopping by!
Love Love and Blog you Later!
Joscie, rhymes with bossy

You are the most creative person I know. =)
Did you get my thank you card in the mail? Not as cute as your work but working on it. =)
Gotta love our craftmance!
Tina
you are so sweet! :) check this: http://www.cutchens.com/2010/05/happy-may-day-and-international-scrapbooking-day/
Love them both!! Clever use of the twine! So full of cuteness!!
That layout is absolutely adorable and the card is too cute!!! Great stuff, Joscie!
ahhhhh! you are too kind. I didn’t notice that blog post as I was in Disneyworld for the week. You have made may day a happy day!
Love your projects! If you haven’t already explored Hawaii Technology Academy in Waipahu. It is an awesome way to start home schooling as it is actually a public school but you do most of your lessons at home, however, the students do have to attend classes at the learning center once a week at minimum. The thing I love about it is that the teachers are all available for one on one tutoring if needed.
What cool projects – your pictures of your stuff are always so cool too! Great job!
