Hey Ladies *and gentlemen?* I got an email from my pal KJ letting me know that my layout No Coffee for me, Mom is in the running to be published in the October issue of Creating Keepsakes! I need your votes *(of course if you think mine is the best) and you can vote and vote often, the winner will be announced on May 20.
This week we are appreciating our teachers and I was the one asked to organize the festivities for Jordan’s Preschool teachers. I sewed this banner and I really really like how it turned out, and the teachers liked it too , so I am glad about that!
Today I made my first attempt at cake pops a la bakerella. Wow, that was labor intensive. and I ran out of candy melts in white. and I should have gotten a big piece of styrofoam. but the ones that did turn out, yummalicious! I’m giving these to the teachers tomorrow. :)
I really need to hit the sack, but I just wanted to beg for your votes ;)

Tomorrow I’ll be putting together my Alabama Flat Stanley box and sending that out quick! I printed the pictures today and got the things together. I’ve been a slacker, SORRY PAM!

yay for cake pops! i made like 200 as favors for my nephew’s bday party phew it took like 3 days! but so worth it! . . . here’s a hint dont use styrofoam use a card board box, cut slits with a pairing knife and stick it in . . . oh but then again i used popcicle sticks too so it slid in easier but hey it came out good! hope yours did too!
