I am enjoying this layout a day process. It’s fun and a great excuse to get into my stuff every day! I do need to print more photos to scrap though. I enjoy printing at home because it’s instant gratification, I can print exactly the size I want. and I use matte photo paper so it’s not going to have a glare when I photograph the layout… but a part of me likes the glossy pro prints from the store, even though it makes photographing the project just a little tougher. Another thing I’m thinking about as I look at all my layouts. at what point does “your style” become a rut? I love kraft paper. it is my go to background. it goes with everything and I use it a lot, should that be a problem? I don’t know, but I am still in love with my kraft paper.

Stampin’Up! Kraft Cardstock, Chipboard hearts, glossy effects. Acrylic paint in orange and red. satin ribbon (offray) American Crafts Thickers. My Little Shoebox Tag Alpha stickers.
Journaling: They say we all have our guilty pleasures, and this is mine. I love cup-o-noodles. Of course, I’d take traditional saimin or wun tun mein in a restaurant over cup-o-noodles anyday, but for something I can have at home, and in 3 minutes? I love it. even though it has 12g of fat, 6g of that is saturated fat. I know, I know. but if loving cup-o-noodles is wrong, I don’t want to be right!**
