Today we all drove to school together, dropped the boys off into the care of the school and then I drove Troy to the airport.  I headed home for a quick house cleaning before my long time girlfriend Yvette  came by with her super cutie son.  I got the three bathrooms cleaned, laundry going and floors cleaned before she got here.  What is it about an impending guest arrival that throws you into the zone for cleaning? Maybe I should invite people to come over every day?! Ha.  While Yvette and her cutie were here, we enjoyed some coffee, some rainbow cake and some conjunction junction on the tube.  I got some cute shots of the kiddo and we talked and played trucks, legos and potato heads.  I also got a call from Troy saying he was getting on the plane and taking off… After I picked up Jordan from school we all enjoyed a little lunch and play time before ultimately hitting nap time.  I really enjoyed the time today and Jordan was sad to see Aunty Yvette and “cousin” leave.  Jordan also enjoyed teaching the youngling how to jump off the couch. I must apologize again to Yvette for the lessons Jordan provided. :O!

We got a call from Troy saying he’s arrived at his first stop and now has about 5 hours to wait for his connection.  The boys were glad to talk briefly with Dad.  Jordan says, “dad misses me, dad misses me”.  I am not sure that his 3.5 year old self quite gets it yet.  We are about to hit the tube and catch hole in the wall before heading to bed, but I wanted to get in a quick post for Troy to read when he gets connectivity.

ALSO, I remembered to set out the water bottles for delivery tomorrow, trash day and will get that laundry folded soon. :)

Kim, I wear an American size 11 shoe. I am not sure what size that converts to. extra large I’m sure!  Also I did not get the calls in for the one you emailed, but I did for some other mag calls.

Have you all seen Miss Mint’s blog? there are some funny hints at something big, brown and revealing coming soon. I told her I thought of UPS!
