Scott Kelby’s World Wide Photo Walk, Honolulu Edition

August 23rd, 2008 · 6 Comments · Family, Hawaii, Photography

Today was a great day for a photo walk in Honolulu, HI.  I joined our leader Hub and about 20 or so other photo walkers for a walk through Ala Moana Beach Park.  There were boats, fishermen, dragon boat races, surfers, kids playing… and so many other typical Hawaii things going on.  It was great. It was also hot. Some of my favorites of the almost 300 shots I took this morning:

My heart is so happy to see my child wielding my old rebel.  shooting pictures like a pro. :)

Your photos are fabulous! I’m so glad you had such a good time and it is very cool to see your son looking like a pro! There’s nothing better than seeing the world through a child’s perspective! :)

Great Photos! Very clear and precise!
Now, you gotta tell me how you get your name across the photo?!
Are you in a photo class or is it just a group that gets together regularly?

I had a great time with you guys on the photo walk. It is fun to see what you took pictures of versus what I took pics of. I love your pics…the bench one is my favorite, but I really like the tire pic, the brick sidewalk with the sand, and the dragon boat close us is amazing too.
