Memory Makers Masters 09 announced

Aloha and Good Morning!

I didn’t really tell a lot of people… but on Sunday July 27th I mentioned to Troy, hey there’s a scrapbooking contest over at Memory Makers called the Masters and the deadline is Thursday.  He says, so are you entering?  I say, yeah, I think so, I only need 5 layouts.  So he put on his super dad cape and let me scrap almost continuously so I could get my entry submitted.  I figured,  I won’t make a big deal out of it and if I don’t win, I don’t have to tell anyone.  On the night before the deadline i was uploading pictures to Sam’s Club online for pickup the next morning.  I picked up, assembled and mailed out my entry express on the final postmark day.  I even saved my receipts thinking, if I do win this’ll go on the layout… :) and then tried not to think about it.  Thankfully the wait time was not too long.  Well, although I am not a master, I am a runner up.  Can I say I am so thrilled to be a runner up (and if any of those ladies cannot fulfill her responsibilities, just kidding)… Doing the happy dance over here. I better get the boys to school now, but just wanted to put it out there! :)  Hope you are all having a great day, I’m floatin on cloud nine!
