wow, how liberating to envision something and be able to produce something in a few hours. :)
I was looking at the pottery barn kids catalog and saw the million dollar version of the watercolor tray on the wall… and thought, that would be perfect for the weekend challenge… so voila, here it is
little artist.
patterned papers are from the magnolia slab from costco. buttons are favorite findings. used my sewing machine a little bit… the white pallette is foam and the brush is foam too. the bristles for the paint brush are embroidery floss. the journaling stamp is from fontwerks. red cardstock from Stampin’ UP! and cut with scalloped scissors. corners rounded on two sides.
i am smiling! oh, and I made a cute little scrapbooking banner for tomorrow. I’ll get a picture at my scrapbooking table at church… :)

What an awesome L.O! I love everything about it! Especially all the stitching & cute details….gr8 job!!

How cute! Don’t you love it when something inspires you?
Love the little artist layout. That first picture–that is the ad or that is a page you did too? What a great idea.
